In October 2016, the Jerusalem Post named Adam Milstein in its list of the 50 most influential Jewish figures that have made an impact in the world over the last few years and have the potential to impact change in the future.Milstein said that by embracing the principles of dynamic philanthropy and financing projects with following up their life-path effects and looking to create synergies between institutions, the Milstein Family Foundation will continue its work of strengthening the Jewish people as well as the State of Israel.
Milstein was ranked at number 39 on the coveted list for his leadership as the Co-founder and Chairman of the IAC. It was also due to his work as an activist, philanthropist and leader in various other prominent Jewish groups, including the Israel on Campus Coalition, StandWithUs, Hasbara Fellowships, Stand By Me, Birthright Israel and AIPAC National Council.
