Combining a passion for solving skin-related concerns with unparalleled customer service, entrepreneurship and a dedication to the community, Tim Ioannides has created a unique balance of service. Founding Treasure Coast Dermatology in Florida, he has served Martin, Port St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties with compassion and knowledge.
He began with a job which included working for an office that did many cosmetic procedures. As he branched out on his own with the founding of Treasure Coast Dermatology, Dr. Ioannides soon began addressing a myriad of skin concerns that would enhance the quality of life for many in South Florida.
Highly influenced by the Dale Carnegie book, “How To Win Friends And Influence People,” Tim Ioannides has used this writing as his guide over the last 25 years. He recommends it to anyone who wants to succeed in personal relationships as well as business. Witnessing the world from the perspective of others is of great benefit, as interactions become more sympathetic when one realizes the uniqueness of each individual.
His backgrounds includes an internship at the University of Florida School of Medicine’s Health Center. He graduated from the University of Miami’s School of Medicine and, with his medical degree, completed his residency at the University of Miami School of Medicine in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
After graduation from formal education Dr. Ioannides became a member of international as well as diverse local and national organizations. He holds certifications from the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the much specialized American Society for Mohs Surgery. Wishing to share his experience and wisdom, he is a Voluntary Associate Professor at his alma mater, the University of Miami School of Medicine.
