Desiree Perez is one of the most recognized women in the music business. She has weathered all storms to reach the apex of management at Roc Nation, an entertainment company owned by Shawn Jay-Z Carter. Desiree is also an influential member of Jay-Z’s other franchises like Tidal.

Tidal is a platform for streaming and downloading music with a collection of over 48 million songs. Customers pay for their service in their website to gain access to the different songs available. The two are members of the Hova Circle of influencers, a team of decision-makers and leaders in Jay-Z’s empire. They are responsible for overseeing operations of the different companies.
